Counseling, Therapy, Employee Assistance, and Prevention Education Services for Children, Adolescents, College Age Students, Parents, Couples, Adults, and Senior Citizens, in the surrounding Georgetown and Horry County Areas of South Carolina, are provided by Nationally Board Certified, Licensed Professional Counselors. 

Medical Professionals, Legal Practices, Business Professionals, and Educators have available through this practice:  consulting services;  development of seminar and/or inservice experience opportunities; client referral; business related conflict resolution consultation; staff development; presentations of various mental health issues, and quality psychoeducational or small group therapy experiences. 

What We Do

The counseling, therapy, and educational services provided to patients or clients are derived from a variety of available resources, educational training, and continuing education experiences, which include, yet not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral, Transactional Analysis, REBT, Reality, Solution Focused, Behavioral, Adlerian, Experiential, and other recognized, research based methods found to be effective with a particular disorder, issue, and/or concern.  Individual therapy/counseling, consultation, and group therapy services are provided in accordance with established, recognized guidelines or as requested by the patient/client referral source.

Therapists are continually involved with quality continuing educational experiences to provide their clients optimum counseling and therapy experiences.

KLF Counseling and Consulting, PA --stress, anxiety, issues regarding changes in family concerns, pending divorce, and students preparing for college...look for exciting new information in the next few weeks.  Are you interesting in joining an innovative group especially designed for Women?  Are you having issues parenting an adolescent and wish to be a part of a group of local parents to learn effective parenting techniques?  Are you having problems with Anger Management?  Are you recently divorced and want to participate with others who are experiencing similar concerns?  New groups are beginning this Fall within the practice.  Contact the practice to let our counselor know which group or groups are of interest to you.
